The TVET CDACC portal at portal.tvetcdacc.go.ke is used by assessment centres, assessors, verifiers, and curriculum developers — not individual students. There is no student login.
If you sat a CBET assessment and are looking for your results or certificate, you must go to your training college’s Examination Officer or Registrar. They access results on your behalf through the institutional portal — and must physically collect certificates from CDACC’s Nairobi offices before distributing them to you.
What Is the TVET CDACC Portal?
The TVET CDACC portal (portal.tvetcdacc.go.ke) is an online management system operated by the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Curriculum Development, Assessment and Certification Council — a body corporate established under the TVET Act No. 29 of 2013.
The portal was migrated to its current address in January 2024 and handles four types of institutional users:

How CBET Results Actually Reach You

Your college registers you for an assessment series
Your training institution (the assessment centre) registers you on the portal before each series deadline. The Examination Officer or Registrar handles this — you do not register yourself. If you were not registered, you cannot be assessed.
August 2026 update: TVET CDACC has integrated its portal with the Edu-Bridge Platform (developed with ABNO Software International), which supports the Electronic Portfolio of Evidence (e-Portfolio). At institutions that have been onboarded, trainees can self-register for approved units through Edu-Bridge — these registrations then sync automatically to the CDACC portal once approved by institution administrators. If your college uses Edu-Bridge, ask your trainer which units have been approved for you before the October 2, 2026 deadline.
TVET CDACC assigns an external assessor
After registration closes, TVET CDACC identifies an assessor and communicates the assessment date to the centre. The official processing time is up to 60 working days from the date of request receipt.
Assessment takes place at your institution
The external assessor visits your assessment centre. Your result is either Competent or Not Yet Competent. Assessors must be convinced you meet industry standards and will continue to do so.
TVET CDACC releases results to assessment centres
Results are released by TVET CDACC in batches per assessment series. Assessment centres access results through the institutional portal. Individual candidates are not notified directly by CDACC.
Your college sends a representative to collect certificates from CDACC — then distributes to you
This is the step most students don’t know about. When certificates are ready, CDACC does not send them to your college. Your institution must send an authorised representative — carrying an official letter signed by the Centre Manager — to physically collect result slips and certificates from the CDACC offices at Absa Towers, 10th Floor, Loita Street, Nairobi. Only after your college has completed that collection can they distribute your certificate to you. If your college has not yet sent someone to collect, that is often the real reason your certificate is delayed — not a system error.
The Two Types of CDACC Certificates
TVET CDACC issues exactly two types of certificates under the KNQA framework:

Official Payment Information
From 17 January 2024, all payments to TVET CDACC via mobile money must use Government Paybill Number 222222. This is in line with the Kenya Gazette No. 16008 of 2022 and the presidential directive of 30 June 2023, which designated Paybill 222222 as the Government’s single payment platform.

What To Do If Your Results or Certificate Are Missing
Confirm your registration with your Examination Officer
Ask your college’s Examination Officer or Registrar to confirm you were registered for the correct assessment series and that your details (name, ID number) are correct in the CDACC system.
Ask your college to log into the portal and check
Your assessment centre has institutional portal access. They can check whether your results have been uploaded by CDACC and whether your certificate has been generated. You cannot do this yourself.
Ask whether your college has collected from Absa Towers
Even if results show on the portal, certificates must be physically collected from CDACC’s offices at Absa Towers, Loita Street. Ask your Examination Officer directly: “Has someone from this college gone to collect from CDACC?” If not, that is the current blocker.
