Enter your ID number
Type in the number matching the identification type you selected.
Enter your 4-digit PIN — if you remember it
If you set a PIN before and remember it, enter it here and log in directly. If you don’t remember it, don’t guess — tap Forgot PIN instead.
How to Reset a Forgotten PIN
This is the part most people skip past without realizing it — especially if someone else handled your registration for you.
Tap Forgot PIN / Reset PIN
From the sign-in screen, choose the reset option instead of guessing your PIN.
Select your ID type and enter your ID number again
Same as before: Kenyan Citizen, Foreign Citizen, Mandate Number, or Refugee ID, then your ID number. Tap Proceed.
Enter the OTP sent to your phone
An OTP arrives on your registered phone number. Copy it and paste it into the app exactly as received.
Set and confirm a new 4-digit PIN
Choose a new PIN, confirm it, and tap Proceed. You’ll be returned to the login screen.
Log in with your new PIN
Enter your new PIN and ID type, then tap Login. A second OTP is sent by text message — copy and paste it exactly, and you’re in.
