TSC Payslip Login: How to View and Download via T-Pay
Your TSC payslip lives on a separate portal from the one you registered on — T-Pay, not TSC Online Services. The login has three fields, not two: username, password, and a Security Stamp that trips people up because it’s actually a simple maths question, not a code. Here’s the full login process, plus how to pull older payslips and your P9 form.
How to Log In and View Your Payslip
Go to the T-Pay Portal
Visit tpay.tsc.go.ke on your phone or laptop.
Enter Your Username and Password
Username is your TSC number or National ID number.
Solve the Security Stamp
Answer the simple arithmetic question shown next to the login fields, then click Login.
Open “Latest Payslip”
Find it under the Quick Access menu on your dashboard — this shows your current month’s payslip.
Access Older Payslips
Click the three-line menu icon (top right), select “View Payslips,” then pick the year and month you need.
Print or Save as PDF
Click Print and choose “Save as PDF,” or use Ctrl+P on a computer — this is the copy you’ll attach to loan or SACCO applications.
Downloading Your TSC P9 Form
T-Pay’s login page has two separate P9 download links depending on your employment status — one for current employees, one for former employees — both hosted on erp.tsc.go.ke. Make sure you use the correct one for your situation, since using the wrong link can delay getting the right document.

WhatsApp Us NowFAQ: TSC Payslip & T-Pay Login
What is the Security Stamp on the T-Pay login page?
It’s a simple arithmetic question shown next to the username and password fields, used as a basic anti-bot check. You solve it and enter the answer before clicking Login.
What’s my T-Pay username?
Your TSC number or your National ID number — both work as the username field.
How do I activate T-Pay for the first time?
Unlike getting your TSC number, T-Pay activation requires an in-person visit to your county TSC ICT office with your national ID. You’ll then receive an activation email with your username and a temporary password, usually after your first salary payment.
How many months of payslips can I see?
The Quick Access dashboard shows your 4 most recent payslips. For anything older, use the View Payslips option in the main menu and select the specific year and month.
How do I download my P9 form?
T-Pay’s login page has separate P9 download links for current and former employees, both hosted on erp.tsc.go.ke. Use the one matching your current employment status.
Login fields and P9 download process verified directly against the T-Pay portal (tpay.tsc.go.ke), July 2026. First-time activation process corroborated across multiple independent teacher-guide sources, not TSC’s own site directly.
